It is a service that gets your number when you advertise to rent real estate. They say they represent renters looking.... Etc. Etc. - They dig deeper to get your info. Act like they want to rent and then get your contact info. Telemarketing to sell you stuff....
I put a rental house up on craigslist so I have been getting/expecting a lot of calls lately. As I was checking my messages I had two from the same number 610-918-6300 from two different people (Jill and Meleanie) Both callers left a message to please call them back at 443-449-2575 because they were interested in my rental property. Since I thought that strange I looked the number up online, glad I did and glad I found this site. I will not be calling back.
I gave Ad. in Star-ledger for rental Apt. I received a call from this no. inquiring in detail instead of giving their information. I told them let the tenant contact me directly.
