If you receive calls like this, and a Google search advises it is a spammer, or a telemarketer, and if your phone is on the "do not call" list, file a complaint with the FCC (www.fcc.gov), using the internet-available form from the table on the left-hand side of the page.
Cite the results of your Google search in the "Comments" portion of that form.
I've been getting these calls too and just called the company and told them I didn't appreciate their repeated calls and was told that since I had once ordered one of their books I was considered a customer and under the 'do not call registery' guidelines it was legal for them to call me unless I asked them to stop.
