Who called from 6109791080

call on 10/08/13, unavailable, did not answer, no clue but suspect scam.

Called at 2:32 on 10/17/13.  Also left no message.  Caller ID read V017143214000678.  I don't know what that means.  Usually those types of numbers are scams.

Received this call, I did not pick up and it left no message.  I called back and it was  Pennsylvania Gas and Electric.  They want to get you to change to some particular third party electricity supplier.
