It's UCare, and they don't typically leave messages unless you've given authorization, since it's personal health care related usually. As far as I'm aware. They call from out of state but route the number through the 612 because most of the time if people see an 800 number they won't pick up. (I asked...)
This number does not leave any message. I don't care who is calling, if they don't leave a message then they are not legitimate. No message = improper intentions.
