Left a pre-recorded message regarding an FDA Listed Medical Device which is free and eliminates pain.  Seemed interesting and the sample was free so I had nothing to lose.  painfreenaturally.ca  I called back and seemed like a genuine opportunity.  I checked the FDA website and it is listed so not a hoax.
