"May I speak with the Business Owner" (What's the call regarding?) "To Pre-qualify business" (What for?)  "(couldn't understand) program"... she had a thickish accent, actually I think she could probably speak and understand English super well but she was using that as a crutch to sound meek so I'd just put her through to the Business Owner. It sounded like she had to force her accent more.
