You are SO very fortunate that you have never had any dealings with this 'company', They are criminals, who attempt to fool people into giving them their credit card number, so they can rip them off. Simply don't answer their calls, and if they continue to call you, block their calls. A good strategy is to NEVER answer calls from numbers you are not familiar with!
Anybody know who this number belongs to?? Caller ID only said Minneapolis MN.
Got a call from them a couple minutes ago. As a standard practice, I don't answer calls from unfamiliar numbers so I didn't answer this one. They didn't leave a message on VM, so I must assume they're up to no good....phony telemarketing, trying to collect a debt from 20-30 years ago, or some other nefarious scam intended to steal credit card info or whatever.
My policy has always been that if you have the opportunity to leave a message about the nature of your call, and you elect not to do so, then your number will be forever "blacklisted" on my call blocking system and my phone will never ring again when you call. And, have a nice day (you low-life scum)!!!
It is a scam. I picked up and its a robo call trying to say I have a problem with my credit card. The old phishing scam hoping you'll take the bait and compromise your info and CC #.
I too am very tired of all the BS robo calls that call daily from all over the place. The call blocker device that I purchased last June already has 238 blacklisted numbers and the list is growing every day. Best $40 I've spent in a long time...the peace and quiet is worth every penny!
Received a call on my office phone at 12:55 Eastern. I did not recognize the number so I did not pick up. No message was left, the caller (robo caller?) disconnected. There was no caller ID name so I automatically assume that this is a scam call.
