This person keeps calling late at night. When I answer they hang up on me. When I try to search this number, it comes up as a cell phone. Is it a telemarketer using their cell phone?
I get the same thing. It is a woman who clearly is foreign. She calls really late at night. My brother works for the phone company and found that it is under a business name. She calls and hangs up. Should be reported.
