I just wanted to confirm because I, too, was suspicious of this number. I attend Capella University and am taking a short leave and got a call from this number. I didn't answer but Capella said they are ECMC solutions (ecmcsolutions.org) and they will help you repay your loans. While annoying because I'm only taking one quarter off due to having a baby next week, I was told to call them back and tell them I don't need their services. Again, I just wanted to share this info as this is a legitimate company for repayment of school loans.
A young male called and stated that he was calling on behalf of Capella University and that he could help me. I informed him that I did not need any help regarding Capella University and not to call again and he kept insisting on helping so I just hung up the telephone. I have no links to Capella University.
When I answer no one actually speaks. After a bit it hangs up. I get calls from this number several times a day. I have locked the number but it still gets through.
