Just got a voice message from this number very threatening stating to call back immediately or legal action would be taken I have till tomorrow 6pm to do so. Weird thing is the caller didn't say who the message was for, his name let alone the company he was with!! I called back from a landline 5min later and got a voicemail box for a Pete Banks!! Again NO Company name!!!
Call went to voice mail. Voice mail states its a legal matter for person unknown. Could not understand all of what computerized voice is saying. No answer when you dial the number back.
Called and left message saying it was a legal matter and that I'd be taken to court if call was not returned in 2 business days. Also called a family member and said they were send a currier out with papers and he needed to be there to witness surve...
Just got this call as well. Did not answer but left the same exact message as people have stated above. Everybody has selected Debt Collector but I have 0 debt, even double checked Credit Karma if something randomly popped up. Leaves 2 options, That this number is a complete Scam (which I am assuming this is the correct one) or if not got the wrong number for me,
