New tactics instead of saying they are from Microsoft they are saying they are from windows, DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO ACCESS YOUR COMPUTER. This was going on when I had got a new surface computer I like a fool let them take control of it then I could not access it. With my password had to throw it away. Lesson learned.
Called cell phone, no message left. One of the other comments indicated it was 'Microsoft' regarding their computer. Nonsense. Microsoft isn't about to 'call' anyone, for any reason. If it really was a Microsoft representative, they would send you an e-mail.....even that would be a stretch! They would only e-mail if they were responding to one from you! Simply more BS spam.
