Big A is absolutely right. I was a licensed California RE broker and the broker is only paid at the conclusion of Escrow. There are no upfront monies involved in the person is a licensed RE broker. Do NOT do any business with that group. They will take your money and you will never hear from them again. Always deal with a state licensed RE person no matter what state your are in.
These people keep calling me about my property in Mexico, they want 2 buy this property, and I am not interested in selling. they are very rude and aggressive, I know they are scammers, because no legitimate company would be as rude and unprofessional as they are, after I tell no thank-you I am not interested in anything you have to sell me, nor am I interested in selling, they tell me ok, I will call you again tomorrow. They are a SCAM, if you get a call from these people DO NOT DO ANY DEALINGS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!! Name on telephone ID is Minnesota, they call themselves Premiere Vacations, they also have a made up website, but they are a scam!!
I also have been contacted by this company, but I have a problem with their procedure of signing a letter of intent and the copy of my contract. Then they will be in touch with me after they receive these documents. it sounds funny.
They called me too. I was interested in selling mine. They were very kind and everything seemed fine. However, they asked me for upfront money to sell my property. I did not send any money and they keep calling. I am not answering anymore. I am sure it is a scam.
