I actually do all my mortgage stuff with cascade, they are legit and also work with FHA our original loan was FHA and we refinanced under FHA also through cascade. great company.
They use an auto dialer and if a rep is busy, you are on hold waiting for someone that you didn't want to talk to in the first place.

They may be miss-representing themselves by their claim of being associated with FHA and taking advantage of the new changes in banking leg. They are mortgage brokers....simple...boiler plate telemarketers
