Pushy salesperson wanted to "update our printer". I asked if there is a web-based update- no of course not. (They need the mailing address and a recording of you saying "yes, send it out".) We've gotten calls from them before for a toner scam. Do not give these people a speck of information. SCAM ALERT.....
