I am elderly, but not a victim. I never answer the phone unless I recognize the number or name. These people use a local are code and try to make us Minnesotans think it's someone important instead of someone trying to steal your identify.
They called and left no message. I returned the call and it said "thanks for calling. the survey you were called for is no longer in service. Please press 9 to be removed for future surveys." Pressed 9 and eventually it just kept repeating itself. Pretty sure this number has called before and when i returned it a young man said right away that he accidentally called the wrong number.
