"Left a message with the recording, press 1 to accept this free call, press 2 to block calls from this facility.". Because of this I suspected it might be a prison, and another website identified it as the Ramsey County Jail. Needless to say I don't know any inmates.
I received the same message. A Google search does bring up Ramsey County jail as one result, but I know that's not correct. Ramsey County is a 651 area code, so this is definitely not a call from amy jail. Clearly spam.
