Spoofed local phone number.  Robo-caller claiming to be from the American Veterans Support Foundation.  At that point, I hung up and Googled that "charity" which has a zero out of five rating and spends most of its money on fundraising.  The phone number had been listed to a local locksmith here in Minneapolis.
