Fraudsters. They change their phone number to area code 512 to confuse you into thinking they're in Austin, Texas when they are in fact in Minnesota. They stole $29.40 from my debit card. Charge showed up as YOUR DIVING CLUB with phone number 512-284-5430. They apparently hide their real phone number when they post fake credit card charges.
