Received similar recorded message. No identity of who was calling or from what company. Believe it might be Direct Recovery Services. They are known for leaving vague messages threatening further action if you don't call back by end of day.

I was told it was a federal law agency and they needed to speak to me immediately. it turned out to be ACE Check Cashing. This is a collection agency trying to collect a debt.
