This woman called unsolicited trying to get us to use their service of buying RCI vacations and selling them; After stating no interest on my part, she accused me of wasting HER time, and days later called my wife at work again "following up"; my wife, who again expressed no interest because of the caller's previous rudeness, hung up The woman immediately dialed back my wife's phone number. I consider this harassment and called the number back myself to inform this woman not to call us back again. This woman called my cell phone 5 times within 10 minutes! Her tone was entirely unprofessional and harassing!

I initially got a call saying my week of extra vacations from RCI is expiring and he kept saying you know what I am talking about. I asked him to call back in 2 hours so that I could login and check what he is talking about. After 2 hours as I was walking into the house, I got a very rude call from 612-326-0611 from a lady. She started by saying that I should be ashamed of not taking her calls and not using the services I am paying for. She started repeating the same thing for the second time and I hung up. She called my cell phone and left a very very harassing low graded message and also berating my name and I am single and lonely and need to talk to someone. When I logged into RCI I didnt find any of this extra vacation they were marketing, It appears they have stolen the personal details from RCI or the resort from where we are transfering the weeks/points.
