Company is a scam be aware, a real collection agency or even the accounts receivable department from company that you do business with on a normal bases with will ask you to verify last four and address. Anything else is the preludes to a scam.

Also was an FYI Integrity Solutions is an IT company out of MN, that is now out of business. Thankfully these folks do not do enough research, makes them easier to spot.
