Got this call and tried calling it back. The person that answered says it's Royal Bahama Cruiseline!

local to me, which is why I fell for answering it.

Female robo caller says that student loans have been "flagged."  (I don't have any student loans.)

Student Loans flagged for rate reduction scam.  Robocall.  I don't have any student loans.  It was a local call for me which is the only reason I picked up.
