Who called from 6123513799

Vacation robocall scam..  Clearly a complete violation of every DNCR.  These people just don't care.  What is the point of the registry if there's no enforcement.  To make matters worse, because I have a MN area code for my work phone, these pieces of [***] are calling me at 6 am in California.  I wish I could find them and shoot them in cold blood.

How can we stop these Robo calls? Tired of so many scam calls. How do they get out cell phone numbers?

Didn't answer, but if it's the robo call for either vacations or lowering my interest rate, I am really getting tired of the calls.
