Yes, the Pioneer Press, is desperate for subscribers since they raised their rates by 50% and many of us stopped our subscription. This is the 4th number they have called on, and the first 3 are blocked, as will this one be. Sorry, PP, you shot yourself in the foot,
Called me at 8:17 PM on Friday evening. Really, Pioneer Press, did you think I wanted to talk to you at that time? I told your rep when I called to cancel my subscription that the paper wasn't worth that 50% you raised the rate, so leave me alone.
Pioneer Press calling again. Couple months ago offered 13 weeks free Sunday paper. Never received one. 4 weeks later received another call asking if I was satisfied. Told her NO. She asked if I still wanted 13 weeks free, I said "forget it". 4 weeks later received a bill. Called, raised hell, and was told to throw it away. A good paper that went to the dogs. Never even look at it anymore.
