Claims to be "CSS, the sender of the magazines I get". After giving me the usual " if I'm getting them on time and in good condition" rubbish, lady said she saw that I was getting four magazines, but couldn't tell me which ones I'm supposedly receiving when I asked. I told her I don't get four and asked how she came up with that? She asked how many I get and I told her not four. Girl told me I must be receiving promotional magazines then, which I have absolutely no knowledge of. I think she got the idea I wasn't buying her spiel so she hung up on me. Interesting how many different companies claim they handle the ONE magazine I do receive. I've had at least three who've said they do. I almost didn't answer but I decided what the heck. Anytime I've dealt with this scam, I usually tell them I'll renew at my convenience and deal with the magazine itself and not some offbeat subscription company. It usually kills the conversation quick, resulting in being hung up on.
