Yep, it's Charter alright. I have them listed as spam so their calls never get through, but apparently that doesn't stop them because I went to my phone's spam folder and saw they call every day. Sometimes as much as 5 times a day. It's clear they have WAY too much time and money to do these things to their own customers. It really is bordering on the insane.
