my phone rang and a very clear professional voice claiming to be "Bill" calling from the courthouse. He started in about a ticket that needs to be paid from 2008. I simply asked what kind of car and plate number was it. Then he wanted to hassle me about another ticket and did I wanna hear how I got it. ummm
yeah you are too stupid to drive and I maybe thought this was a fun prank but he got rude quick.
