Who called from 6123996034

I just responded to an ad on Craigslist in Lancaster PA.....I drove by the house it says it is for sale by owner...I was told that I could drive by anytime and look at it...I was sent pictures and told to go look at it and then get a hold of them ASAP......I filled out a quick application online and within minutes was told that I was approved as the new tenant...I have not yet seen the inside or met the landlord...now I am nervous about it

Just decided to google this number because the house we are looking at seemed a little too good to be true. Someone at the same phone number is trying to "rent" a home in oklahoma and want us to fill out an online application. I can be reached at [email protected] if you have questions, we would like to stop these scammers!

I received a reply from a Craigslist inquiry with this phone number.  Here is the email I copied it below:

Hello,

We are pleased that you have an interest in our home, our lovely home is still available for lease and we want responsible adults/family that are neat and also believe that you have what it takes to take care of our house as if it were Yours. The main reason our house is up for lease is because I got transferred from my place of work to KENTUCKY, I and my family  will be away for at least a couple of  6  to 7 years. We will be very pleased if we can find the right potential tenant to rent our home, a person who is a clean & responsible  and does not tolerate anything that has to do with dirt. we also would like to know more about you and your family, your renting experience and how long and when you plan moving into our home.

He's trying the same scam in East Texas listing a house that is For Sale Buy Owner as his house for rent. I mailed and got the same response except he was being moved to Arkansas for work. He's a scam artist. The number is a VOIP provided by qwest communications, which means he could be anywhere. DO NOT SEND MONEY OR ANY INFO
