Who called from 6124055378

Call came in today, Dec. 7th 2015 at 3:15 PM and Caller ID displayed "Minneapolis MN 612-405-5378" and as usual, no VM was left. Since no VM was left, the call wasn't important to begin with.

Its a contracted service from United Health Care. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number but they left a message. They asked for me to call back to the member services number on the back of my insurance card for services available through United Health Care. Seems legit.

Thanks for identifying this number, because I've received calls from this number also with no voice mail.
