They just called a couple minutes ago, at 2:16 PM. CID said "MINNEAPOLIS MN and the number". Inasmuch as I live in Minnesota and know a lot of people in Minneapolis, I had to make a judgment call whether to pick it up or not. I did not. I had the answering machine turned off, which is what I do when I am home. They let it ring 5 times and then disconnected. I will add this number to blocked numbers. If this number belongs to the Fraternal Order of Police, as pb stated, they should be abiding by the federal and state Do Not Call lists.
