This guy is one of those sleazy "consumer attorneys."  Be very wary of these guys!  They seem to not care about smearing your name and your reputation, to give you a chump change "settlement."  If your attorney is encouraging you to lie, or you feel he is getting the "Lyon's Share" of the chump change "settlement" while your name is listed in FEDERAL COURT, report them to the Attorneys Professional Responsibility Board!  Make sure to take your FEE ARRANGEMENT!
