Yes I am they are saying they are a restitution company trying to collect a payday loan debt. I ask them to email me or fax me the "court documents" and they say they can't. They say they will serve me with papers at my work. I can't find any info on the company online. The call is always a little static too.
In 2011 I inquired about a online loan I filled out the form spoke to a agent who said I need to get a prepaid blue dot card send them money then I'd get a loan. The world knows that's a scam and since then I keep getting call's saying I received a loan I keep telling them they're full of crap I'd like to file a suit on them
