Robo call - says it is United Health care and asks for person by name. I answered 'maybe' then Robo says to verify you are the person who they wish to speak to, you must verify by answering either yes or no... hung up (guess they can see over a land line?? )
One of the many many robo calls I get from this company every week. I have asked to be put on their do not call list, but am still getting these calls about their "promotions". I am switching health care plans as soon as possible.
Robo-call health survey from United Health Care. Came in about 1:20 PM PST. Wanted to ask me about my "care-giving" status. I hung up. Phishing expedition for sure.
I called United Healthcare, my healthcare provider, and told the rep that I wanted to be removed from the calls. Last year I called and was taken off the list but somehow, I am on the list to call again, The rep told me she was sorry and couldn't remove me and I asked for a supervisor. I am still on the phone after using 46 of my daytime cellphone minutes. I told the supervisor I have United Healthcare to prevent health problems, not to cause them and that these robo calls are driving me crazy. He said he would remove me from the list.
