Called United Healthcare and was told by a Cust Serv. Rep that it is an outside contractor for UHC to do customer service surveys and, also, to give new customers information about their plans.
612-435-8141 calls a few times a week & leaves a message saying it is from United Health Care. UHC's web site lists its customer service number as 888-867-5575. But this caller instructs us to call back, if we wish, at 877-466-9298, which is listed as "Avalon Apartments" in Edgewater, NJ. Not a great trust-builder.
