This is a telemarketer telling you that you qualify for a 'free' vacation. He would not stop talking even though I tried to interrupt him to ask my number be removed from my list. I even told him to shut up and he just kept going. It was a real person because at the beginning of the call he asked if I could hear him ok. Since he was basically shouting in the phone everyone could hear him. I ended up hanging up on him and blocking the number. He would not identify what company he was from.
