Who called from 6124602257

Call came from Minneapolis, Minnesota to Kansas @ 16:26 hours CDT on 10-10-08 with caller ID of "City Watch Alert", and the call was not answered. Their Web site says that they will call and give severe weather alert, and in the small print advised also "other information". I was out of town on the 10th, but the wife said we had no severe weather while I was gone.

Just got call 10-21-2008 7:50 pm California time.  No answer and when called back got open air.
