For the past couple of months the number of times they call me during the day at work has risen. I am afraid them calling me at work 8-12 times a day will cause me issues at work. I had already set up a payments with them. WTH?
Ok signed up for this predator credit card before because it is good to start establishing a record after a lifetime of good credit history I found medical bills and costs due to supporting and bringing a spouse from another country made me work 6 jobs 70+ hours a week didn't work and my health has been failing because of this trying for 4 years in a counseling credit agreement . Lawyer told me don't kill myself trying to pay back they don't give a rat's [***] about me. So I stopped payments on some things and credit one which has been nothing but horrible (charges $79 a year THEN ups it to $99 a year with shady at best business practices) is one. I thought about paying them down just to stop these horrible harassment but I figure I can outlast them and file for bankruptcy will not be easy but my credit is already shot and I can finally hope to sleep at night
