Telemarketer doing a survey called twice in a row. I tried to call back but it said I can't call from my cell phone I need a lane line to call, so I called from a landline and it gave me an out of order message.

I called the number back and it is the Frontier call center, 411 information......so I was told, supervisor told me they can't make outgoing calls there. I get at least 2 calls a day from this 612-555-1818 and there is never anyone on the other end. Tired of this BS
