calls and leaves no message

Received call at 6:40 pm. I answered it, and caller said nothing, then hung up.

They call and dont say anything twice tonight and it says 301 above phone number i am an unlisted number also that list no call i think its called

Called about 8:15 this evening. Left no message and hung up before answering system kicked in. ID says "unknown name"

They ringing the phone, when you pickup - they NEVER answer.
I am up to 12 times n last few days and they never answer back.

They need to learn how to use there phone or computer that's calling out
