Aggressive Third Party telemarketers calling on behalf of the Mpls. Star & Tribune, asking whether I received a free express circular at the end of my driveway, with coupons and advertisements. They requested I verify my address and whether I still wanted to continue to receive these circulars. These scumbags are leaving non-requested advertising circulars, and then violating the Do Not Call list by robo-calling individuals to verify they received the circulars. Talk about illegal!
