Who called from 6127016510

I received a call from this number from a very nice guy named Sean.  He is looking for his lost wallet, if you can help please call.

Received text message from 612-701-6510 on 10/26/16, "Got off work early. thought I would see if you were home"
I respond, "who is this?"
612-701-6510 says, "Scott, might have wrong number, sorry"
Received text message from 612-701-6510 on 12/19/16 which was lengthy and sexually explicit.
I tried calling back. No answer. Then received another text to please disregard, that their phone was hacked.

612-701-6510 is a Hennepin county number, links to the Mental hospital.  seems to explain that one.
