"Tonia" wanted to "verify" when our business was moving because she had a "package to be delivered" based on the "survey you took a couple of months ago." We're the government; we don't move. When I told "Tonia" I couldn't help her but would forward her to my supervisor she stammered that it sounded like we weren't moving and she hung up.
