It was Emily but she was having a little trouble with her headset. She actually said that. I qualified for something since I stayed in one of her resorts before. I hung up.
Emily was having a little trouble with her headset when she called me as well. It was a recording masquerading as a real person, like they do these days. The "trouble with my headset" is to explain why there is a delay between when you answer and when their computer recognizes that a person is on the line. If you say anything the computer isn't expecting, Emily says "I'm having a little trouble hearing you, can I ask you a few questions?" It's all automated, and a scam to sell you vacations or timeshares. You haven't won anything at all, and you never stayed in any of their resorts. My wife got the same call, and one of my coworkers, too.
