Definite fraud. I called and spoke with someone who when I told him I would provide no further information until he told me what the lawsuit was regarding, said that I had to provide my current address because I did not fill out some form stating I had changed addresses. I refused to give my current address until he gave me more information and he said I could just disconnect and face the legal repercussions, and then hung up on me.
