Put this number on your blocked list . . . the calls are obviously originating from an automated Robocall phone spammer.
I've received two calls from this number on my cell phone within the past 48 hours, and BOTH calls were received at EXACTLY the same time of day, which pretty much rules out the possibility of a live person making the calls. If your cell carrier is Verizon, you can block up to 5 numbers for free (or up to 20 for an extra $2.00-$3.00 a month) in the My Verizon section of the Verizon Wireless web site. Thank God for modern technology to filter out phone spam!

Happened to be sitting next to a landline forwarded to a smartphone I was carrying. Landline rang once, no forwarding happened. Within 30 seconds it rang again, forwarding happened, this number showed, then the caller disconnected. I've observed this behavior before, usually with an out-of-state area code - if it ever does complete, it's always a robo-call. So I don't know for a fact that what this was, I highly suspect so.
