So much for donotcall.gov

I got a call from this number...no message to know who but I do agree...
Signed up with donotcall.gov and it was like a invitation for unknown calls...

Got a call today.  Left no message.

Just got a call, no message and yes I'm on donotcall.gov.....What is the point?????   This Saturday had a call at 3:22AM - no message.  Give me a break!!!!
