Don't answer just go to options on your phone and press block...then 20 minutes later they call from a 100-000-000 # Sooner or later these morons will give up. If the phone companies were smart they could put reverse charge on these phone callers and make $ off them.
They called and didn't leave a message. When I returned the call, I was instructed to hit #3 to opt out, when I did so it said it was an invalid entry. I then stayed on the line until I got to a live operator and told him #3 doesn't work and how do I opt out...he hung up on me.

Found this on one of my cell phones today for a missed call-didn't leave any message. Called them back from pay phone since I had 4 minutes left on an old store-bought calling card. An automatic voice message said they were MTC Subscriptions(sounded like MTC anyway). Opt out number button actually worked. Added the affected cellphone to opt out option-said would take 10 business days to go into effect-will see if true. Same number called one of my other cellphones a few months ago-opted out, and the [***] never called that one again.
