A prerecorded message from Paul, wanting you to call back to make you rich.... I get many calls a week and I am on the "do not call list"...

Yup.  Same as above.  This really ticks me off, because with my cell plan I have to PAY for incoming long-distance calls.  And if I happen to be out of area when I check my messages I also have to pay long distance to hear this on my voice mail.   I, too, am on the do not call list and this is the 3rd such call I've had this week.

I got dead air when I answered

Paul, he says he is.  And boy, does he have the ultimate Get-rich-quick scheme for me.  If this crap was on the level, the unemployment rate in this country would be 0%, and the stores, car lots, etc. would be full of people just looking to get rid of some of the excess cash they are generating.
Googled this and it is out of Minneapolis-St. Paul, Mn.  Maybe we could get ex-Gov. Jesse Ventura on their trail!!
