That is not at all what the company does. Instead of doing a 5 minute search on the internet why don't you actually educate yourself on the matter before making assumptions.
I rec'd this message as a voicemail on my Google Voice, but my phone did not ring and I have no missed calls. I have not submitted a resume to any company recently and so this seems suspicious at best.

I got the same message on December 12, 2012. I googled AIL and it appears to be a an employment scam. The company finds people desperate for a job and extorts money from them on promises of employment.
