Got a call from this number on 28 June.  Caller ID said "EXCHNG STUDENT".  Didn't answer it.  I don't know anyone from Minneapolis, I live in Tx.

This must be a rather new scam, since no one else has previously reported it here. I figured it was like the old door to door magazine sellers.  "If I sell one more subscription, I get a trip to Tokyo".  Gee, really?  Buy it yourself.  "Can't.  That's not allowed".  

Just curious as to what it really was about.
